My father's sister traced the Champagne family back to Napoleon's court. There was a Baron Champagne (who was always in the local Bastille for being drunk!) Oh, well!
She also found that my dad's great grandmother was an Iroquois Indian. So, I know what MY ancestors were doing during the French and Indian War!
The photos of my parents, above, were taken at my wedding on November 3, 1968.
